Thanks for the inspiration

Now that I seem to have more time on my hands, (not to mention more freedom to do what I want in my own apartment) I've decided to delve into the world of writing fanfiction. Here's my first chapter and a quick synopsis of the story here:

Now, please don't be angry with me for including Detective Logan in this story. I am a fairly big Chris Noth fan (but not as much as VDO) and I needed a way to introduce a new character. I like how Logan and Goren play off of each other, so things could get interesting between these two when a woman is involved.

I especially want to thank l'oreal for her inspiration. After reading your story I finally got the courage to actually share my work with others. You're amazing!!

I'm not dead, I swear!!!

Sorry about the long wait between posts, but I've been without an internet connection for a while plus I've also been working a lot of overtime. But now my internet is back on, plus I FINALLY have cable!!

Since I've been so busy, I'll share a video I made a few weeks ago. I hope you guys enjoy!!

He must think I'm nuts....

I was doing my laundry in town and decided to stop by the used movie and video game store while waiting. As I was glancing at the titles, two of them stuck out. One was "Happy Accidents," and the other was "The Whole Wide World." Even though I was the only person in the store, I looked left and right and quickly grabbed the two movies off of the shelf and went to the register grinning like the cat that ate the canary. The guy behind the counter looked at me like I was nuts while he was ringing me up. But I didn't really care. I managed to snag two Vincent movies for a grand total of $9.

I screencapped the episode D.A.W. yesterday and noticed that there are quite a few times when Goren's coat is open while walking and you can see.... well, you get the picture. Here's some of the finished product. Enjoy!!

A lazy day....

I was reading my daily horoscope today and it said that my creativity is at 95% today. Apparently this is true, because this is what I created today. Hope you guys enjoy!!

I've been tagged...

I've recently found out that I have been tagged on jojo's blog to list eight things about me. So here they are:

1. I literally ran into Kevin Bacon once. I was leaving my dorm at college to go to lunch, and I didn't watch where I was going and ran straight into him. Apparently he and his son were touring the campus. (and I must say, he his so much better looking onscreen)

2. I have never left North America.

3. I am a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Other members include Sheryl Crow, Laura Bush, Lynne Cheney, Joan Ganz Cooney (creator of Sesame Street), Kerri Strug, and Marlo Thomas.

4. I have two tattoos. One is a purple design that I drew myself and the other is a black and gold pansy. The black and gold pansy is my sorority's flower.

5. When I was four, I nearly drowned to death. Ever since then I do not go out in open water unless I can touch the ground or have a lifejacket on.

6. I've had an out of body experience. It was a hot summer day and my sister and I spent the day outside in the park wading in the river. (I had a lifejacket on) Apparently I had some sort of allergic reaction to something because first I started to break out in hives, then my whole body was swollen to about twice its size. As I was walking through the park back home I collapsed and fell to the ground. I got up and started walking again. But when I looked back, my body was still on the ground.

7. I eat green olives straight out of the jar.

8. I share my birthday with Vincent's ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz.
